Currently he’s a Director with the Customer & Operations practice within Management Consulting, KPMG India, focused on Retail & Consumer Products industry. He has 6+ years of prior experience at this focus intersection (Strategy & Operations; Retail & Consumer Products) across Infosys Consulting and EY.
He’s a Certified CX trainer (KPMG Global Customer CoE) and an empaneled Associate Trainer for APICS, USA (http://www.apics.org/careers-education-professional-development/courses/recognized-instructors).
He has co-designed a credit course on Consulting (elective course) for IIM Kashipur, full-time PGP course and is a Learning Advisor for ‘C2 – The Core of Consulting’ immersion course for B-school graduates hired for Management Consulting practice, KPMG in India.
He has co-authored thought leadership publications within firms that he has worked for as well as National / International conferences. He has been an invited speaker at premier B-school campuses and Industry forums. He sits on the e-commerce committee of CII National for FY20 with focus on shaping policy.
