Responsible for handling marketing operations for RB Hygiene Home portfolio across India, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka, Sukhleen has been instrumental in shaping careers of upcoming marketing individuals.
In her current role, Sukhleen has been anchoring power brands like Harpic, Lizol, Vanish and Mortein, and has been a force behind various award-winning campaigns while delivering strong business results. Noteworthy amongst these are Cannes and Effies for Durex & Harpic. While excelling in Sales & Marketing across multiple categories and geographies, Sukhleen has been
driving purpose with Banega Swachh India and has led the more recent campaign on water conservation- Mission Paani.
Prior to her current role, she has successfully managed diverse multi-cultural teams in both Marketing ops and Global innovations in RB, Hindustan Lever and L’Oréal Paris on marquee brands like the Dettol, Durex, Garnier and Lakme.
Sukhleen has been recognized with the ‘ET 40 Under 40’ award in 2018. She has also been awarded with the prestigious ‘Impact Top 50 most influential women in business 2019’, apart from being listed in the ET Women Ahead list amongst the Top 25 Rising leaders in India.
