John Goldrick is VP of Commerce GTM and Strategy. Focused on APJ and Greater China, he runs a team responsible for supporting the major customer engagements across the region, helping customers build eCommerce strategies and capabilities within their organisations to better engage with their customers and prospects.
An industry veteran with 17 years’ experience in the IT industry, John initially joined SAP as the Manager for CRM Solutions in Australia and New Zealand. At SAP, he took on the role of Business Development Manager for the region, rising rapidly into more strategic roles including APJ Business ByDesign Manager, Director of Industry Solutions and Director of Product and Solutions. In his role as Global Sales Director for CRM Sales, Service and Marketing, John was responsible for go-to-market programs that generated new, profitable income for the organisation.
