I have built strong capability in P&L delivery, digital and ecommerce, brand strategy, integrated marketing execution, innovation, competitive response planning and business operations.
Her responsibility includes mandate of driving explosive growth in the online business of Mondelēz and embedding end to end capability on performance management, fulfillment models and Direct to Consumer. In my previous roles, I have led iconic brands like Cadbury Dairy Milk, Oreo, 5 Star and Celebrations. Having worked on market leading as well as challenger brands, I have deep experience in driving category growth, building new sub-segments, improving profitability and playing for share. In the rapidly evolving ecommerce ecosystem, Mondelēz is deploying innovative solutions in supply chain, personalization at scale on media and a strong DTC presence to lead the future of online snacking.
