Garima Dikshit leads the eCommerce business for Mondelez India.
Garima has more than 13 years commercial experience across categories (Chocolate & Biscuit) and Sales (Customer Marketing and Modern Trade) in Mondelez India. Through her various roles at Mondelez India, she has built capabilities around P&L delivery, brand strategy, integrated marketing execution, innovation, competitive response planning and business operations.
In her last role as the lead for Chocolate Tablets, she delivered strong double-digit chocolate category growth and gained share on the Cadbury Dairy Milk mother brand for consecutive years. She was also able to strengthen the CDM and Silk portfolios in terms of PPA, Equity, activation
platforms and future pipeline.
In her previous stints, Garima executed a twin brand approach in Countlines for growth and share revival – strengthened equity and portfolio of Cadbury 5 Star and launched Cadbury Fuse. On Gifting, she optimized end to end cost structure to significantly improve portfolio margins and launched premium gifting range under CDM Silk. Having led a youth centric portfolio, she has also driven best in class digital campaigns through strategic partnerships, discipline on format native assets and strong focus on ROIs.
