Deepali is responsible for driving all marketing and brand initiatives, customer relationship management & execution for IBM India and South Asia. Prior to joining IBM, Deepali headed marketing and digital at IIFL Investment Managers and was a Board Member at IIFL Wealth Finance.

With over two decades of experience in sales, marketing, ecommerce and managing P&L, Deepali has held leadership business positions with eminent consumer brands such as L&T Financial Services Group, HSBC Asset Management, Mahindra Holidays and at Marico managing Saffola & Mediker. In her younger years she worked with BPL Mobile, FCB-Ulka Advertising Agency and Tata Motors.

Based in Mumbai, Deepali enjoys teaching and has mentored MBA students at top management institutes. She is a mentor to e-commerce start-ups as advisory board member at multiple Start-up Accelerators. She has been conferred multiple awards in the areas of women leadership and marketing and is a sought-after speaker.

She has won numerous awards over the years and has been on the IMPACT’s list of 50 Most Influential Indian Women in both 2018 and 2019.
