Adwaita Nayar is part of the founding team of Nykaa..
After completing her B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Yale University, Adwaita worked with financial services in Bain Consultancy in New York. With the launch of Nykaa in 2012, she returned to Mumbai to help with the setup of the business, playing an instrumental role in developing strategy across technology, product and marketing.
Finishing her MBA from Harvard Business School in 2017, Adwaita took on the reins to launch Nykaa into an omnichannel model as Head-Retail, taking over nykaa’s store count from 5 to 35 in 16 months
Since 2019, she heads the fashion vertical as CEO – Nykaa Fashion.
