I am a partner in Digital Consulting with 15+ years of experience in strategizing and leading complex, global, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives. Known for adopting emerging technologies to uncover business opportunities and develop strategies to improve products, services, operations and customer experience. I have helped clients in making right sourcing decisions, setting up and running Global Business Services (GBS), R&D Centers and Innovation hubs.

I have diverse experience in emerging technologies like IoT, Blockchain, Machine Learning and Cyber Security to fuel the foundation for next-generation ideas, solutions and business models. I have developed a strong innovation eco-system that helps me collaborate with different startup forums and academia to fail fast-fail safe, run design thinking workshops and adopt agile ways of innovation. My key strength is my ability to understand shop floor to top floor technology stack, connect it logically with customer needs and convert it into business opportunities.

Recent engagements

—Leading Digital Business Services initiative which includes transformation of support functions like Finance, IT HR, Procurement and others

—Pioneered Blockchain practice and launched 5 platforms and 10+ PoC paving the way for large transformation initiatives by bringing larger ecosystem in the remit of the DLT solutions

—Specialized in setting up Innovation and R&D Center of Excellence in India. Programs included end to end idea life cycle from business case to Go-live which operated in different models like BOT, 3rd Party incubation and captive center

—Led Xcelerate- Platform for Idea incubation, acceleration and Hackathon. The platform is based on Open Innovation framework which enables organization sense external signals and also leverage internal talent

GBS set up for one of the top 5 bank in BOT (Build Operate Transfer) model – The project was part of bank transformation program that included offshoring of critical CFO office activities to India in a BOT model.  Activities included Knowledge transfer from various global business\global functions, transition from multiple incumbents, and stabilize operations

Global In-House Center (GIC) set up for a large British corporate – The project was part of operations optimization strategy that included preparation of business case, transition roadmap for multiple support teams including Network, Infrastructure and Application Support

Centralization of IT development and maintenance – Helped client with Application Maintenance Services Transformation initiative that included development of business case, design of target operating model, governance framework, transition roadmap, PMO set up/run, benefit tracking and continuous improvement
