He is an avid proponent of the joint business and technology ambidexterity and has received several accolades and recognitions including the 2021 Legend CIO Award from World CIO Forum and the 2019 Supply Chain & Logistics Technology Leader of the Year award.

He currently serves as the Group Chief Digital Transformation Officer for Khimji Ramdas Group in Oman driving their business transformation agenda using digital models, strategies and 4IR emerging technologies. Sanjeev is a recognized leader in turning businesses into digital enterprises and executing business transformation with organizational change. Sanjeev is a Civil Engineer and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad and has completed several executive leadership programs, including Harvard’s Building Capability with PDIA, Stanford GSB LEAD program in Corporate Innovation and most recently the Wharton School’s Corporate Governance and Boardroom Credentials. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration from Swiss Business School on the topic of ‘Adopting Digital Agility for Organizational growth amongst middle east Enterprises.’
