With over 16 years of experience in service delivery, I have been at the forefront of many key transformational initiatives that brought services online, helping our customers take control of their policies and manage them at a place and time that is convenient for them. Validation from customers in the form of satisfaction scores and continued adoption of what we delivered has been personally rewarding.
