Pankaj Kapoor is Chief Marketing Officer for ‘Broking & Distribution’ businesses at Reliance Capital. He has been instrumental in launching & setting up the Brand & Communication strategy, Growth Marketing & Analytics CoE across all lines of businesses; offering an array of financial services including Retail & Institutional Equities, Wealth Management, Lending, Mutual Funds and Insurance (Life & General), amongst others.

Under Pankaj, brand has grown rapidly with award winning mass media campaigns and other unique customer centric initiatives. Pankaj also leads the growth marketing and is responsible for developing & implementing digital strategy encompassing acquisition, user interface & user experience initiatives across businesses’.

Pankaj has over 18 years of experience with over 8 years with Reliance Group. Prior to current assignment, Pankaj was ‘Head – Branded Content’ for Reliance Broadcast Network (92.7 Big FM & TV channels). He has also worked with Religare Enterprises, Max Life & HDFC in the areas of Brand Marketing, Media Planning & Buying & Distribution Marketing.

A Post Graduate in Management from Pune; Pankaj is a spokesperson & jury member on prestigious forums and has attended various programs conducted under the aegis of IIM Ahmadabad & ISB Hyderabad.
