Neel’s journey as an entrepreneur started at the age of 19, and within a few years, he has built one of India’s fastest-growing Influencer Marketing and Talent Management Agencies, completely bootstrapped. He had no prior entrepreneurship experience or capital, all he had was a vision to disrupt the Influencer Marketing industry. Within a span of 5 years, he has mentored and guided some of the leading creators in the country including the likes of Saloni Gaur, Tech Burner, and Neha Doodles. He has also designed award-winning influencer marketing campaigns for global brands such as Audi, Skillshare, OYO, etc. Under his leadership, the agency has witnessed a 400% Y-O-Y growth and expanded its operation to the Middle East.
A passionate and focused leader, Neel realized early on that he has a knack for storytelling combined with a superpower of networking. Leveraging the same, he wanted to build individual brands out of creators with his Co-Founder, Jag Chima. At the core of IPLIX, is the belief that every creator and brand the agency works with defines IPLIX and its business. Hence, the approach is always ‘our’ rather than ‘your’. He strongly believes that creating a brand identity is beyond followers and engagement. He has also worked with successful entrepreneurs like Ghazal Alagh (Co-Founder of MamaEarth) and Gaurav Khatri (Co-Founder of Noise) to create a unique brand identity for them.
Neel Gogia also recently ventured into the D2C space by launching Layers- a mobile skin brand with Tech Burner- India’s most loved Tech YouTuber. Layers aims to transform how mobile skins are perceived in the country with quirky, original, and premium quality products. It is built on a unique UV technology for the digital savvy audience- Gen-Z and Millennials. The brand aims to be one of the leading social-first D2C brands in the country.
