Ranjani Raman is a Dietitian, Child Nutritionist, Nutrition Therapist and a Certified Diabetes Educator. She is also certified by the University Grants Commission (UGC) for lectureship all over India and holds a life membership with the Indian Dietetic Association (IDA), Nutrition Society of India (NSI) & Indian Association for Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition (IAPEN). Her great passion towards the subject made her quit the corporate world and start her own Nutrition services company “Nutrition Tattva”, originally called Nutrilife in 2013. She and her team of Dietitians work towards a mission of offering various services such as Nutrition counseling, personalized diet plans, corporate nutrition programme, school nutrition programme, nutrition consulting & menu planning for health based companies, concept development for food start-ups, nutrition testing, nutrition blogging, wellness workshops and more.
She has a broad experience in the field of nutrition for weight management, diabetesmanagement, therapeutic nutrition, fitness nutrition, pediatric nutrition, health menu planning, food nutrition value testing, corporate nutrition etc. for over 8+ years, which enables her to give her best quality service by going extra mile, with pure passion and involvement. She has been featured on various online health portals, travel magazines, health magazines and frequently on the Deccan Herald health articles. She also believes in working closely with nutrition for the underprivileged by sharing easy and low cost nutrition strategies that can be followed for their betterment.
She is extremely passionate about spreading the nutrition knowledge and hence conducted various workshops for different corporates, schools, institutions, associations, sports groups, parenting groups and more. Her strength is to understand the domain of her clients and suggest nutrition strategies accordingly so that they can follow the same irrespective of their challenges.
She and her team strive to work towards offering simple & practical nutrition strategies and believe that eating right is very simple.
She believes Nourishment is the key for a happy life, and hence her approach is holistic focusing on healthy eating habits, balanced nutrition intake, lifestyle modification practices & mind programming if needed. She also spreads her knowledge in collaboration with various health oriented companies and works on providing safe, healthy and consumer friendly services. She loves doing nutrition workshops on various topics for corporates, institutions, schools, businesses and groups.
Beyond work, she is an avid nature lover and can spend as much time with nature, connecting to her roots. She is also a movie buff, loves music, reading books and trying out various cuisines.
