Ben is a Director in PwC’s Middle East Deals practice, with a specific focus on advising businesses in the Retail and Consumer Markets. Ben is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant, and has worked with PwC since 2009, with over ten years’ M&A experience. Ben previously worked with PwC”s UK practice, before relocating to the Middle East in 2018.

Ben primarily advises clients on M&A deal execution, from both a buy-side and a sell-side perspective. Ben has worked with some of the Middle East’s leading businesses in the Consumer Markets sector, which include Noon / Namshi, The Chalhoub Group and LuLu Group International.
