Amit is a Senior Analyst at Forrester Research.
His coverage includes the various facets of customer experience (CX) – including strategy, design, measurement, and organizational maturity. He is also keenly interested in usability and design thinking. His latest research includes uncovering what emotion means in a digital world, as well as how firms can leverage employee experience (EX) to improve CX.
Amit frequently holds workshops and advises executives in India and APAC on both CX and EX, and is often quoted in the media. He is a frequent keynote speaker, having spoken at forums in APAC, Middle East, and the US.
He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Pune.
