In his current role, Kavindra Mishra is the Managing Director & CEO of House of Anita Dongre. He brings over 15+ years of relevant industry experience and was instrumental in designing effective strategies for Pepe Jeans India that are aligned with the broader global strategy. Mishra has a strong experience in business building across a multitude of leadership roles. Mishra acquired his Master’s degree from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in 1999. He started his retail career in 1999 as Area Sales Manager at Madura Coats and continued his career at Madura Garments as Brand Manager for Allen Solly. During his 5 year stint with Allen Solly, Mishra has played a significant role in the execution of the brands most celebrated campaign – ‘Solly at Work’; which was responsible for further establishing the brand in the Indian market. In 2006, as the Vice President of Tommy Hilfiger, he was responsible for the brand’s rapid growth and expansion in the form of an increasing number of exclusive brand outlets and department stores in the country. In 2009, he joined United Colors of Benetton (UCB) as their Commercial Director. Equipped with industry insight and an enormous amount of retail experience, in 2011 Mishra became part of the founding team of India’s first online apparel and lifestyle portal – Zovi.com.
Marwa Soliman is a pharmacist, finished her PharmaD from Cairo university in the year of 2000, she also finalized her MBA in the year of 2008 from Arab Academy for science & technology in Cairo. Marwa has more than 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetics field.
She started her career as Medical rep in Eli-Lilly company, then she shifted from Sales to Regulatory field where she was working as regulatory & pricing specialist in Ministry of Health , then regulatory manager in AstraZeneca company , then shifted to marketing where she started as product manager in the same company.
After that in 2008 she shifted to Bayer Pharmaceutical where she spent 11 years there, taking different titles and positions in different places around the world as REGIONAL PRODUCT MANAGER, Launch manager, Business unit manager, Head of digital & marketing excellence.
After these long time in Bayer , she shifted to dermo-cosmetic industry where she is currently the Managing director for GCC & KSA area in NAOS “Bioderma, Esthederm & Etat Pur ” for more almost 2 years.
Vishal Kapil is a senior technology professional working for the positive impact of Digital & Tech transformation on business and consumer ecosystem. He has immense experience in IT leadership, Digital Products & Enterprise tech delivery, Business transformation initiatives & Solution Architecture.
Culturally sensitive and worked/lived across APAC, US, Middle East, EU & UK. He is a part of the M&S India Senior Leadership Team with a mandate to drive the Enterprise and consumer-centric IT strategy (applications & Infra) in the India market. Sat has been working in the IT field for more than 20 years. He has consulted with CIOs of top retailers across the globe for 10+ years. Sat was heading apparel retail worldwide and all forms of retailing in emerging markets at Wipro Technologies and later headed up Retail as a vertical globally at Thoughtworks. He is currently CEO of an AI based retail product company CASA that is currently helping over 400 stores with customer engagement and improving sales
